Some of the software included in Visual Manager and ManagePath (“Cresa Services”) may include or have been developed using open source software. Licenses to open source software are separate licenses from the license (“Cresa License”) under which you use the Cresa Services. In the cases where an open source software license expressly supersedes the terms of the Cresa License, the open source license instead sets forth your rights for that individual open source software package.
